Company Events

Bazaar Events are exclusive shopping events brought directly to you. They are organised by founder Lucy Greaves who has over twenty years’ experience of putting on high quality charity shopping fairs and events, and who has a database containing more than five hundred specialist stallholders.

Lucy’s Christmas bazaar is a new, exciting way for you to reward staff or to entertain your clients and is a highly enjoyable occasion for everyone.

A convenient shopping opportunity

We bring the stalls and all the goods to your premises so your staff and guests can remain in the building. All they have to do is turn up, enjoy the atmosphere, browse the stalls and discuss their requirements with the stallholders at their leisure.

The result is reduced staff absence for Christmas shopping and minimum disruption to your business.

Exclusive Gifts

The items on offer at Bazaar Events are not generally found in the shops. They range from fashion items and cosmetics to jewellery, delicatessen food and children's toys. There is something for everyone in terms of selection and price.

Make it a fun social event for staff or clients

Bazaar Events work really well as a company staff benefit and as a social occasion or party for staff and clients, on your premises.

To add to the event a bar and buffet could be set up alongside the stalls. You could give your staff a voucher to spend at the stalls.

Alternatively create a hospitality event for your clients.

We do the organising

Bazaar Events organise the stallholders and their goods.

We discuss with you your particular needs and the best space for the fair. We then take charge by making all the necessary arrangements for everything to run smoothly on your chosen date.

Support a Charity of your choice

Bazaar Events also provide a wonderful opportunity to raise money for a charity of your choice. Sizeable donations can be made and the involvement of a charity raises the profile of the event, creates a feel-good factor and helps with publicity.

You nominate the charity and then either a percentage of the takings or the stallholders’ fees, or both, go to the charity. Raffles and tombolas also work particularly well.
