Marquee Events

Bazaar Events are exclusive shopping events brought directly to you. They are organised by founder Lucy Greaves who has over twenty years’ experience of putting on high quality charity shopping fairs and events, and who has a database containing more than five hundred specialist stallholders.

Bazaar Events are highly effective at attracting additional shoppers into an area and creating a high profile and enjoyable occasion for everyone.

Bazaar Events creates enticing shopping in a marquee

A spectacular marquee is set up in your precinct or shopping mall with a range of stalls to appeal to shoppers of all ages and to complement your existing shops.

Research shows that it will attract shoppers from surrounding areas and beyond.

The marquee is accessible to all and creates a lively, bustling atmosphere at any time of year, especially Christmas.

Exclusive Gifts

The items on offer at Bazaar Events are not generally found in the shops. They range from fashion items and cosmetics to jewellery, delicatessen food and children's toys. There is something for everyone in terms of selection and price.

A great publicity opportunity

For a new shopping precinct, a relaunch or a seasonal promotion, the high profile nature of Bazaar Events provides an opportunity for additional publicity in your local media.

Having a celebrity to perform the official opening would generate even more news.

We arrange the whole event for you

We start by taking a brief from you on your requirements. We then conduct a recce of the site and the surrounding shops before preparing a proposal and a budget for your approval.

Having agreed dates with you we book the marquee, the stalls and the stallholders. We also prepare a fire and safety risk assessment and liaise with the police and security firms.

Support a Charity of your choice

Bazaar Events also provide a wonderful opportunity to raise money for a charity of your choice. Sizeable donations can be made and the involvement of a charity raises the profile of the event, creates a feel-good factor and helps with publicity.

You nominate the charity and then either a percentage of the takings or the stallholders' fees, or both, go to the charity.
